HAKUSHU (4) was quickly into stride and went on to score by 30 lengths when resuming last time out over 2000m at this track. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. EXCEL GRAND (10) showed good pace and went on to score by half a length last time out over 2000m at this track. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is good enough to figure in the finish. TAISEI SHIP (9) ran a better race last start when he worked home well to finish a close third over 1800m at Funabashi after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Likely improver with strong prospects. LINKS ELPIS (7) ran below expectations last start, finishing fifth and beaten 4 lengths at this track over 1500m. Worth another chance.
