Strong tempo assured with Quetzal Azul, Fuku Albatross and Bellagio Genius rolling to the front. QUETZAL AZUL (7) is a promising maiden who looks close to a win, finishing fourth on debut then placing over 1200m at this track last time out. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Leading contender. BELLAGIO GENIUS (6) ran well on debut last start to finish second over 1100m at this track in a tougher race. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so he will be hard to beat. KOMORI VENUS (8) did little and finished sixth over 1200m at this track last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth on debut the run before. This is a nice drop in grade so she is a major player. A SHIN REEL (2) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1100m at this track, finishing fourth. Meets some better types this time but a big run is on the cards.
