SANDOWN-HILLSIDE   18 Jun 2025

GOING: G(4)

Tile Importer Handicap 1000m

Track: Good 4   Rain (Max: 12)   Rail: Out 9m Entire Circuit.

Hot pace certain with Speir, Rivkin and Rattle And Bang keen to take up the running. Tough race. CHEERSTOTHAT (8) is a nice mare with a strong overall record, a winner of four from eight starts. She won well two back before a very narrow defeat in Adelaide last time out. Likely gets back from the wide draw but finds a suitable race and will be flying late. RIVKIN (6) was disappointing when tackling Cleo Cat in a field of three fresh up at Warrnambool. He's better than that and back to 1000m with that run under the belt can see improvement. SPEIR (7) resumes and is very speedy. Expect he finds the front and stays there for some time from the perfect gate. JEWEL BAY (9) resumed with a good run at Pakenham and any natural improvement will see him hard to hold out. SUGGESTED PLAY: Cheerstothat each-way.
