Looks a decent tempo with Kitano Rowers, Nishino Laevigata and Full Boost leading the charge. JASPER SUN (7) settled at the rear then stoked up nicely in the straight to finish fifth over 1000m here last time. Could prove hard to hold out. NISHINO LAEVIGATA (4) was disappointing over 1000m at this track last time out when in the market. That followed a good second the run before. Has a good record at this course and distance, including a win and three minor placings. Well placed and look for an improved run. SMILE MOON (5) did a great job to score by 0.8 lengths over this course and distance last start in a far better run. Has the ability to score again. FULL BOOST (1) missed the placings last start when tenth over 1000m at this track. Better than recent efforts suggest and worth consideration here.
