Expecting plenty of speed from Ken'ker, A Book Of Days and Via Varallo from Ferrari Man. SHEZAIN (4) improving mare thrown in the deep end when she struggled in the going late to finish seventh over 1500m at Rosehill in Highway class. Desperate for a firmer track and can get the better of these with Brookes' claim. A BOOK OF DAYS (1) has been around the money of late and ready for the 1400m today. Jumped in class when closed off strongly from midfield to finish third over 1205m at the Sapphire Coast in BM66 class. Backs-up quickly and shapes as a top-three contender. JALMARI (6) six weeks between runs when he savaged the line to finish a close-up fourth over 1200m here. Has a good record here and should get the right tempo. Sure to be thereabouts. THINK I'M IRISH (8) back in trip and not that far away when fifth over 1200m at Gulgong. Minor place chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Shezain can assert her class.
