From the wide draw Wide Kaiserin can cross and set up a solid tempo. COPANO MARRON (12) finished second two runs back at Morioka Dirt then improved last time out to score by 0.8 lengths as public elect over 1400m at this track. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot score again. TAISEI FESTA (9) has been in great form with two placings in succession, most recently when beaten 0.8 lengths into third over 1400m at this track when he was prominent throughout. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. MACHIKAZE (2) improved sharply on his sixth two starts back at this track with success over 1400m at this track eight weeks ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Nicely placed to feature in the finish again. WIDE KAISERIN (11) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing second and only half a length from the winner at the end of 1600m. Sure to be in the mix.
