IT'S A POWER (8) was thereabouts last time out when third at Jandowae over 1000m, beaten 0.7 lengths. Gets in light with the claim and rates a top chance. DAY TO REMEMBER (2) did a good job last start to finish second at Tambo over 1000m, beaten only a nose. Cherry-ripe now and should be hard to stop. BELLA RUSSIAN (5) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 4.5 lengths when fifth over 1000m at Barcaldine six-and-a-half weeks ago after being in the firing line on the bend. Facing a tougher assignment but she is up to the task. CIRCUS MAXIMUS (1) recorded another placing last time out when second over 1200m at this track. Yet to break through at this trip but has registered two minor placings and can sneak into the finish. SUGGESTED PLAY: Boxed Trifecta 8,2,5,1.
