Lots of speed predominantly from Inquisitive Legend, Affirmative Light and Head Honcho. I'M ZAC (2) tackled a dirt track for the first time last start when successful over 1200m at Tambo, scoring by a nose. Great intro to this surface last time and can win again. Former Victorian ICHIBERU (10) was in the money two starts back at Mornington but couldn't back it up last time when eighth, beaten 9 lengths, at Moe over 1214m. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is set to turn things around. AFFIRMATIVE LIGHT (4) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at Julia Creek. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 1100m at Mt Isa. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. PENINSULA (1) scored last start at this track to make it two wins and two placings from four starts this campaign. Rates among the better hopes. SUGGESTED PLAY: Boxed Trifecta 2,10,4,1.
