Expecting a moderate pace headed by Set To Prophet and Zougo Boss. MRS BULL (2) ran on stoutly and was only a length off the winner at her latest run over this distance at Bathurst. Freshened up since that outing five weeks ago. Placed at 11 of 16 tries at this trip so her credentials are hard to fault. Gets her chance in a very open race. ZOUGO BOSS (13) has been beaten under a length at his last couple, both over the mile. Form has taken a turn for the better since he has been ridden closer to the speed. Capable of figuring in the finish. COURSE OF ACTION (15) was slow out of the gates but picked up nicely late to be beaten just two lengths over this course and distance nine days ago. Finds a firmer track today and draws the fence so some positives compared to the last run. MAGIC FLYER (8) finds a tougher race today but the extra 200m comes at the right time. Should be in the finish. Veteran SET TO PROPHET (9) scored a tough win over this trip at Moree last time out, his fourth at 1400m. Draws a better gate here so cannot be overlooked. SUGGESTED PLAY: Mrs Bull each-way in a tough one.
