Genuine tempo with Magic Sorcerer leading the way. JUSTICE PLEASE (9) has raced twice this prep, both time at the provincials, and struggled to make an impact. Strips fitter and faces a far easier maiden this time. Well in under today's scale and strips a lot fitter so she looks ready to find some form. MAD HARRY (10) recorded his eighth minor placing from twenty-one starts when an eye-catching second over this distance at Armidale last time out. Has had plenty of chances but in this moderate line-up he is a serious contender. OAKFIELD MERCURY (2) is a So You Think colt on debut for Kris Lees. Going well enough at the trials to suggest he is a chance in this. MAGIC SORCERER (11) is fitter for two runs back from a spell and should give backers a sight. MOONBLING (12) gets in well under today's scale. Best form stacks up okay so a big run will not surprise. SUGGESTED PLAY: Justice Please is ready to win.
