Honour Roll should spear straight to the front of the small field. HONOUR ROLL (3) looked to be all over the winner until dying in a hole second up in the Listed Castletown Stakes at Otaki just over 5 weeks ago. He just needs a slightly firmer surface, and he can bounce back to take this out. Follow your money. HONORABLE (4) got back too far and needed the run at Ruakaka just over 2 weeks ago, and with less time between starts, he can bounce straight back into the money. Each way value, especially from a superior gate. OUT OF THE BLUE (2) was put aside after just one start this year at Ellerslie in April. He looked in good condition when winning a recent Te Rapa trial, and he will be ready to rumble fresh up. SAMURAI SWORD (5) has been freshened since finishing fourth on debut, and he will be even stronger this season. Include in all top 4 combos. KINNAIRD (1) is also down to race on Saturday, but if he lines up in this, then he becomes the top pick. SUGGESTED PLAY: Honour Roll can win this, and if Kinnaird starts here, then he can also win.
