Anticipating good pressure with many of these at the races for the first time. ON POINT PIXIE (14) is unlucky to still be a maiden, placing in all three outings to date, and has the most race experience amongst this lot. Drawn to get a gun run for Rodd from gate three, and can improve enough to take this out. The well-related NORTH POLE (15) (half to G3 winner and G2 placed Global Quest) resumes here but showed enough in his first preparation to warrant consideration in a race like this. Can run a race while fresh. HIGHGROVE ROSE (11) also hails from a handy family (half to G2 winner Not An Option) and has shown some ability at the trials. Respect any betting moves. SUMMIT (18) gets the reliable Waller/Maloney combination and shouldn't be underestimated. SOLIDUDE (17) best of the rest. SUGGESTED PLAY: On Point Pixie to break the maiden status.
