NO RAGRETS (6) was fifty days between runs when a game fourth over 1115m at Grafton last start. Showed pace that day and only conceded late in the piece. Strips fitter and should enjoy the longer journey. BRING ME SAKI (1) returned from a short spell for new trainer Stephen Lee three weeks ago and did a fair job to hang on for third over 1000m at this track. Better placed over today's trip. Major player with a senior rider replacing a 3kg claimer. JED (11) has raced twenty-one times for only three placings, but his recent sixth over 1420m here was a decent effort. In the money two of three at today's distance so worth each-way consideration. COLONEL PARKER (2) found 1000m a bit slick when resuming at Kilcoy last start. Best rating to date came over 1200m. Likely improver. HE'S POPLAR (3) can improve on his first-up midfield finish here on 13 April. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing No Ragrets.
