Without a great deal of early pace evident Valanne Dawn may lead the way over Crampin' My Style. DELTASON (1) followed up a game effort for fifth in Stakes company here with a close-up third on this track 11 days ago over 1000m. He tries 1400m for the first time, and he will be hard to hold out. WITHOUT REMORSE (3) drifted back early on debut last start then worked home strongly to finish 3 lengths away in second at Pinjarra over 1200m. The extra furlong here will suit him, and with some natural improvement, he won't be in this class for much longer. BUON AMICI (4) finished a solid third behind the second pick at Pinjarra over 1200m. He has plenty of scope and can go on with the job. VALANNE DAWN (7) was fifth on debut in a stronger field here 11 days ago and will be suited by the step up to 1400m. She has a superior gate and is well worth including in all combinations. SUGGESTED PLAY: Deltason on top.
