CURE FLORA (4) is a distance specialist who finished 11th two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1600m at this track, beaten 5 lengths. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she cannot be overlooked. ALISTAIR (13) resumed three-and-a-half weeks ago over 1400m at this track and was only beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth. Finds a tougher race but a better run will not surprise. OMEGA DRIVE (3) settled well back then made some inroads and finished 4 lengths away in seventh last time out over 1400m at this track three-and-a-half weeks ago. Steps up in distance today. Leading hope. YODOGIMI (11) is a four-year-old filly who is still a maiden after 19 starts but has been in the placings four times. Safely held when resuming last start over 1600m at this track, finishing seventh and beaten 8 lengths. Solid contender in this line up.
