POWER CRUISE (3) is a six-start maiden who resumed from a spell last start and finished eighth over 1200m at Townsville. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat. Fitter and sure to be competitive. DIAMOND LUCY (9) missed the frame last start over 1000m at Townsville when seventh. Beautifully placed and can feature. POWER CHIC (5) resumes. Didn't make an impact at her only run last prep on March 28, finishing sixth over 1000m at Atherton. Will drift back but wind up late. Best form puts her right in this. WIRED FOR FUN (7) finished out of the money when seventh in a 1400m contest at Townsville a week-and-a-half ago. Has the talent to put the recent run of form behind her.
