NUM TIME COMMENT
1 11:24 Will you Marry Me Lisa QTIS Three-Years-Old Maiden Plate 860m
Tricky one to map with a number of debutants but over this trip there is good speed anticipated.  THE SOLICITOR (2) has found some good form and his confidence will be up after finishing second at Gayndah 2 weeks ago. Dropping back to the short-course 860m will help him, and he can go one better here. SORT OF IN LOVE (7) cost herself any chance when missing the start at Kilcoy last time out from a wide gate, and that run is best ignored. Her form prior was near enough for a race like this, and she is worth another chance. CANDLE IN THE WIND (1) makes his debut off the back of a trial win at his only public appearance. Let the market be your best guide. DON'T DOUBT SOPHIE (3) has also been showing promise at the trials, and the Hulbert stable has a good strike rate when trekking their team to this course. Follow the market moves. LILI ANNA (4) makes her debut with the aid of a 2kg claim. Respect any money coming for her.  SUGGESTED PLAY: An open race, and the first starters must be respected, and The Solicitor.
2 11:59 Lockyer Valley Toyota Class 3 Handicap 1600m
Small field but expecting a genuine tempo with plenty of pace engaged. RUGBY (2) looks the runner to beat after another honest performance when runner-up at his latest outing. Proven at the mile and ideally drawn, he should secure a favourable run in transit and gets his chance to return to the winner's list. HAZEY HILL (1) is better than recent form suggests and reaches peak fitness third-up, a stage where he has performed well previously. Each way value. VACILLATION (3) has been competitive in both runs this prep, and he is ready to strike at his third run back. The inside draw only enhances his prospects. NONDISCLOSURE (4) can improve if producing his best form, while POWER OF SUCCESS (5) continues to race consistently and should again be around the money.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Rugby can win this.
3 12:34 RDO Equipment Gatton Maiden Plate 1600m
From the inside draw Talleyrand has enough dash to hold the lead, joined by Call Sign. KALAMIA KING (3) has been building towards a breakthrough win and was solid when runner-up at his latest appearance. He maps to enjoy a soft run and is already proven at the distance. He looks like the horse they all have to beat. ALZURRI (2) should take improvement from his first-up effort and has shown enough ability in previous campaigns to be highly competitive in this company. Each way claims. AND I AM (6) has been improving with racing and profiles as a genuine top 3 contender stepping up to the mile. ABLESHEEBA (5) has been thereabouts in recent starts and can feature again despite the awkward draw, while SEALORD (14) has shown enough this preparation to suggest he can sneak into the minor money at some big odds.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Sealord each way.
4 01:09 Porters Plainland Hotel BM60 Handicap 1400m
Privalova to find the front in the small field. BEST COFFEE (2) comes off a deserved victory and looks capable of going on with the job. He maps well from a favourable gate, and a repeat of his latest effort would make him extremely hard to hold out. TREASURER (3)has a strong record at the trip and returns from a freshen-up. If able to reproduce his better form, he rates a major threat. ZEAMAIZE (4) has been racing in stronger company than this and should appreciate the inside draw. A return to his best would see him right in the finish. WILDSPITZE (8) resumes after a short break and has placed third-up previously, while IL CUBO (5) can improve with the right run despite a tricky barrier. Include both of them in all wider top 4 combos.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Best Coffee can repeat the dose.
5 01:44 RMA Engineers 0 - 55 Handicap 1400m
Solid tempo with Coco Jewel leading from Don't Stop Me Now and Tuesday. YOUMEANDDUPRE (4) can be forgiven for his latest effort after a dominant win two starts back. If he returns to that level, he looks well placed to bounce back and prove hard to beat. TUESDAY (8) has been racing in excellent form and rarely runs a poor race. With a favourable draw and an extra 100m to travel, she looms as an each-way threat again. TAKUNAI (2) is a durable veteran who continues to perform well without winning, and another honest effort is expected. A 3kg claim will help him, and with some luck off a tricky gate, he can figure in the finish. MISHANI UNDERCOVER (11) has shown ability this campaign and can be competitive with the right run, while DON'T STOP ME NOW (9) improved fresh and has top 4 claims again second-up. Include in all combinations to be safe.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Tuesday each way.
6 02:24 Reece Plumbing Ipswich 0 - 55 Handicap 1400m
Usual Limits to take charge ahead of Besiege at a solid tempo. YOUCOMPLETEME (2) has not been far away in stronger company and looks ready to improve sharply at his third run this prep. The drop into this grade is the key here, and he goes on top for us. JACKS AND SODA (1) has been racing consistently, and his record at the distance is hard to overlook. Despite the wide gate, he rates as a serious winning chance. USUAL LIMITS (6) broke through impressively last start, and despite copping a nasty gate, another forward showing is expected. Each way claims again. MISS DRAMATIC (10) is racing well enough and bounced back into form with a second 2 weeks ago. She has the right draw to feature in the finish again, while UCELLE (11) has been knocking on the door and should be competitive again from the perfect inside draw.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Jacks And Soda each way.
7 03:04 REDMOND'S PET & LIVESTOCK SUPPLIES LOCKYER LIGHTNING BENCHMARK 70 Handicap 1100m
Genuine pace with Rich Minx finding the front but it won't be a picnic with a few other speedy types engaged. RICH MINX (3) looks ready to peak third-up after two encouraging runs this campaign. Her record at this stage of a prep is excellent, and she gets every chance from the favourable draw to take this out. SPIRIT OF BRODIE (8) is chasing a hat-trick after consecutive wins and his recent 8-week freshen up should have done him no harm. He benefits from a 2kg claim, and from his good gate, he can continue on his winning way. CARDIOLOGIST (9) resumes with a consistent record and is normally thereabouts early in his prep. If forward enough, he can make an immediate impact. WARILLA GORILLA (1) is in winning form, and he is also chasing down a hat-trick after scoring last week by a nose at Toowoomba. He must be respected again despite the weight. SATISFIED MUGS (17) cops a wide gate, but will have the aid of a 3kg claim, and any market moves will be worth following.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Rich Minx each way.
8 03:39 2026 LADBROKES GATTON CUP BENCHMARK 70 Handicap 2000m
Solid pace on the cards with O'caldino and Falcon Of Malta who like to get rolling early. FALCON OF MALTA (2) dropped in class and was an impressive winner last start. He cops an extra 2.5kg to carry, but he still appears well placed to go on with the job. He maps to get the run of the race, so stick with him. BARAZIN (1) has been building nicely this prep and went very close at his latest outing when finishing third at the Gold Coast in stronger company. He has a strong record over the trip, and should be among the hardest to hold out in this. MOONSHINE RUN (5) has returned in excellent order this campaign, and he will relish the extra 360m, which is the ideal next step third-up. SAMURAI WARRIOR (4) has been well-placed to win his last 3 races on the bounce. There is more depth to this field, but he must still be respected. MARENARO (6) has been racing consistently and gets another chance to show some form over a middle distance. Stick with him at value.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Marenaro each way.
9 04:27 Falvey's Hotel Gatton - Gatton Cup Official After Party BENCHMARK 58 Handicap 2000m
Alfa Dundee and Jorum to stride forward and take up the running. ALFA DUNDEE (3) is chasing three straight victories and has done everything right this prep. The quick backup won't bother him this deep into his campaign, and he maps to enjoy another ideal run in transit. On top for us. DON STEFANO (2) drops down into a suitable race, and with the winkers on, he can improve sharply. A form reversal is on the cards. Each way value. SUNNY DISPOSITION (4) can mix her form, and she is capable of much better than her recent efforts suggest. A 2kg claim will offset her weight rise, and she is worth including in all top 4 combos. NAMARA (5) was an overdue maiden winner on the Gold Coast poly track in early May, and she returns from a short break. Include in all top 4 combos to be safe. TRUSTY BANDIT (9) has been racing consistently and can again feature in the minor placings again..  SUGGESTED PLAY: Don Stefano each way value.
