Plenty of speed from Smoke Flavor and Hahndorf. SMOKE FLAVOR (3) won at this track and distance at his last outing ten weeks ago. Has found the right race again and should go close. PINK TOWEL CHAN (6) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish sixth, beaten 4.5 lengths, over 1000m at Funabashi. Sure to be prominent from the outset. MAKAZE (11) resumes in a similar race to her last run five-and-a-half months ago when sixth, beaten 4 lengths. One to consider. TSUTSU URAURA (8) returned from a spell three-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 5 lengths into sixth over 800m at Urawa. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
