Hot tempo expected from Mrs Maree and Conchiero. TWISTED QUEEN (12) was a barnstorming winner fresh when launching from the clouds to arrive just in time. Less effective second-up when left a touch flat-footed but she can bounce back sharply third-up back to a trip she relishes. ETON (16) made light work of his maiden at Wagga in a terrific training performance when getting the job done off a 576-day spell. Worth treading carefully second-up but he deserves obvious respect. FORMAL (5) has missed narrowly in his two runs back but should be peaking now and gets in well again at the weights with another 3kg claimer engaged. MRS MAREE (13) has enough early dash to offset the wide alley and with a fitness edge she could prove very tough to rein in if left alone in front. BAT OUT OF HELL (3) returns and is a two-time winner fresh. Has been readied with two trials, though has to carry the big weight. SUGGESTED PLAY: Twisted Queen to win.
