SHAW'S WIRE ROPES 1300m Track: SYNTHETIC True |

From the inside gate Oban should be prominent along with Whats The One Code. ANTON (3) showed his preference for this surface when winning a similar race fresh up over 970m here 4 weeks ago. The extra 330m won't bother him, and he should go close to repeating the dose. COLONEL WARDEN (5) warmed up late here 2 weeks ago, and he will be looking to settle a tad closer this time with a senior hoop replacing an apprentice. Stick with him on an each-way basis. OBAN (4) loves the poly surface here, and he was a brave runner-up by a short head 2 weeks ago. He will be peaking third up, and he can go one better. CHEAP SAV (10) was given no chance when ridden very passively by a 4kg claiming apprentice here last time out, and that run can be totally forgotten about. She is worth another chance in this. Each way value. WHATS THE ONE CODE (8) is capable on his day, and depending on his mood, he is worth including in all top 4 combos. SUGGESTED PLAY: Cheap Sav each way.
