Mashean and Wishful Thinker can be prominent. MASHEAN (10) improving mare who was three weeks between runs when he faded late to run fourth over 1000m at the Sunshine Coast. Blinkers go on from the rails draw and will take catching. STEFFI ELECTRICA (2) sharp winner here two back, then jumped in grade and strode forward from the wide gate to grip on and finish a tough second over 1000m at Coffs Harbour in BM74 grade. Solid top three contender. HAYLEY'S ROCKET (7) jumped in trip and failed to let down in the straight when she folded up to run a dismal last as fav over 1200m at this circuit. Back to her right trip and stays in the mix. MONACO FLYER (12) justified the short price with an all-the-way win over 1106m at this track in weaker company. Saves his best for the home track and not to be overlooked. SUGGESTED PLAY: Mashean and Steffi Electrica bring the strongest credentials.
