LOVCEN (1) is a classy colt unbeaten last time in, winning the Nakayama G1 Satsuki Sho (Japanese 2000 Guineas) before claiming the G1 Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby) over 2400m. Unbeaten in two starts when fresh. Defeated many of these in the Derby and is the one to beat. GREEN ENERGY (9) is a talented colt who went off the boil in the Derby but goes best fresh. Expect a bold showing. CONGESTUS (7) is a progressive galloper who is first-up since finishing ninth in the Derby, and not beaten far behind Lovcen. Unbeaten from three runs while fresh. Atsuya Nishimura who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Expected to measure up. GO LUCKY (3) is a promising galloper who saluted at his last run before a break three-and-a-half months ago over 2000m at Tokyo. Unbeaten in two starts when fresh. Christophe Lemaire who is 3/3 while aboard has the ride. Take catching fresh.
