Fast tempo assured with Danju Kariyushi, Alpina Seven and Hanaka Honoka going toe-to-toe. TAKAMAKI FOUR (10) scored a commanding win at Morioka Dirt over 1200m at her latest appearance on July 5. Looks a winning chance. HANAKA HONOKA (6) started at $9 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 10 lengths at this track over 1400m after being in the firing line on the corner. Goes up a rung or two but she is up to the task. DANJU KARIYUSHI (9) clung on to finish second last start over 850m at this track, beaten 0.8 lengths. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he has the ability to figure prominently. ALPINA SEVEN (2) fought on for third last start over 1200m at Morioka Dirt, beaten 0.6 lengths to add to some fine recent form. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time.
