Solid tempo anticipated with Mamzelle Raine leading the way. GETAWAY (7) made an encouraging debut at Casterton, finishing second over 1000m when running on stoutly over the final stages. She should take significant improvement from that experience and looks ready to go one better. KOORALBYN (4) raced on the pace when making his debut at Mornington before fading into seventh over 1200m. He will drop to 1000m, and with the tongue tie added, he may settle better in the running. He will also naturally be fitter, so we think he is worth another chance. VILLA GRANDE (11) makes her debut for the Tom Dabernig stable and comes with plenty of jump-out experience under her belt, including a sharp recent effort at Warrnambool. Any market confidence would be worth following in. ENNISCRONE (3) resumes after four-and-a-half months off following a disappointing run at Stawell over 1600m. He will be more mature now and could be one to add to any top 4 combos in a modest field. NORTHERN GOLD (5) has had a jump-out since his last start and is not out of this. SUGGESTED PLAY: Kooralbyn each-way.
