From wide out Sun Calypso can slide over and set up a genuine tempo. SPADE GUINEA (1) is a four-start maiden who returned last time and finished sixth at Fukushima over 1800m, beaten 6 lengths. Looks nicely placed and draws the inside so is capable of taking this out. PRECIOUS ASSET (2) produced sound effort first-up on turf when third over 1700m at this track. Came on from the run and scored on dirt over 1400m at Morioka Dirt last time. Hard to knock on current form. Could go on with it. SUN CALYPSO (10) is racing well, scoring two back at this track before finishing one length from the winner in second last time over 1200m at Morioka Dirt. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Likely to be competitive. WIN OASIS (7) is back from a spell of nine weeks. Was racing in stronger company last campaign so keep safe here.
