Solid tempo with Angel City leading from Vin Santo and Bon Elton. ANGEL CITY (9) has shown good tactical speed to date, only finding one better on both occasions. Fitter again and should be able to offset the wide draw quickly. Will take some catching. BANK HEIST (1) resumes after more than a year off but showed ability prior to the break and has trialled well in the lead-up. From a leading stable and is an obvious inclusion. VIN SANTO (3) showed early speed before tiring at Kembla Grange last start. Peaking now and can give a bold sight. PREFER DIAMONDS (10) stuck on soundly into a midfield finish when resuming at Newcastle. Better for the hit-out but will just need some luck from the wide draw. SUGGESTED PLAY: Angel City to win.
