Certain to be a strong tempo with Mission House, Convertor and You Are King leading the charge. KIRIKAN (1) doesn't win out of turn but has hit the top-five in 14 of his past 15 outings and is usually thereabouts. Has hit the frame in all three starts since joining the Massingham barn from the Waller stable and Wiggins has been in the irons for all three of those efforts. Can finally get a well-deserved victory. MISSION HOUSE (2) has only missed a drum once in seven spins over this mile journey and rarely puts in a poor one. Looms as the main danger from the low draw. SAND 'N' POWER (6) will be ready to peak now fourth run in and rates a genuine top-three candidate on best form. AL RAS BLUES (7) gets in well at the weights with the 2kg claim and may make her presence felt. The well-related STORE BEACH (9) (half to G1 winner Captivant) best of the rest on the back of a close-up second here. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Kirikan.
