In form and expected to be in the finish again. KITANO PLENTY (1) continues to race well with a win two back here before finishing 2.25 lengths away in third last time over 1200m at this circuit. Yamato Ishikawa who has scored on her two times retains the mount and rates among the leading chances. BLAST BAROWS (8) improved sharply on his sixth two starts back at this venue with a win over 1200m here two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by one length after being in the firing line on the corner. Finds a suitable race and can go on to make it two in a row. GOLDEN SCHEME (5) ran well below his best last time over 1200m at this course, beaten 4.5 lengths into fourth at $5.10. Goes well at this journey with three wins and two placings from seven starts and is among the main hopes.
