Genuine tempo with Remember Roy to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. STATESWOMAN (7) has a handy record here on her home circuit placing in three of four outings and is much better than the past couple of efforts suggest. Has been well in the betting of late and where there's smoke there's fire. Watch for a much positive performance. CRAICARO (6) resumes here but the form she showed when last in work was good enough for a race of this calibre. Can run a big race while fresh. MR POLAR (3) strips fitter second-up from the spell and gets the services of Wiggins on board from the inside marble. He'll be keen to win this race named in his honour and ticks plenty of boxes. SPIRIT OF GIVING (1) has had a bit of a freshen up since the last outing and may improve enough to earn some minor money. LULO ROSE (4) is a last-start winner who shouldn't be slept on.
