DERMA NEKODAMASHI (1) ran a nice race last time out over 1200m at Funabashi, finishing second and beaten half a length after being in the firing line on the corner. Draws for a soft run and has the ability to test this field. GREAT SPIRIT (3) made progress last time out, finishing second at this course and distance after being prominent at the bend. Draws well and is good enough to take this out. STRONGEST (13) made progress last time out, finishing third at the end of this trip at Kawasaki. Another big run is on the cards. HAYAO (12) showed improvement and finished third last time at this course and distance Will trim down following recent racing so could progress further.
