JEWELS STATEMENT (5) just over a month between runs when up in class as fav for a narrow seventh over 1005m at Grafton. Ran second here two-back and shapes as a top-three contender. PIXIE HALLOW (1) tough on-pace gelding who doesn't have to improve much to win this. Returned from a let-up with a game on-pace sixth over 1005m at Grafton in BM82 company. Will relish the claim in this suitable race. WHAT A RUSH (2) showed good speed from the outside gate and never gave up with a brave second over 1250m at this track. Has a good record over this trip and can hold a position again from the tricky gate. Stays in the mix. BJORN IRONSIDE (3) has not won for a long while.
