Should appreciate the longer journey and is expected to be in the finish again. LAGUNA VERDE (4) had been rock-solid with two placings in a row before finishing fifth over 1400m at this track last start. Should park just off the speed. One of the main contenders. NEW MEXICO (5) finished third last start at the first run back from a spell over 1400m at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Will strip fitter this time. Worth plenty of thought.
