CHAMP SONNY (6) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on August 10, finishing eighth and beaten 17 lengths over 1800m at this track. One to consider. DOCTOR ACE (10) has been freshened up since he finished eighth over 1600m at this track five-and-a-half weeks ago. Should park just off the speed despite the draw. Deserves respect on best figures.
