Fast pace assured with Customized, Le Jacques Cartier and High Emotion leading the charge. ASHOKA (4) has not missed a cheque in 5 starts, including his maiden win at New Plymouth in the spring. He resumes from a spell that would have done him the world of good, and with a recent sound trial under his belt, he will be ready to rumble fresh up in a handy field. LE JACQUES CARTIER (5) did not take long to break through, scoring at only his second start 23 days ago at Pukekohe by half a head. Stick with him, despite the tough gate. HIGH EMOTION (9) has been thereabouts in most of her starts to date, and battled on well enough at Matamata nearly 5 weeks ago for fourth on a heavy track. She carries 3kg less here, and she is worth including. VIENI SU (10) could add spice to all combos. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ashoka will be hard to beat, and Vieni Sue is not out of this at a price.
