Genuine tempo with Miraio Plus Ni leading the way. AL CORE (5) is back after a break of four-and-a-half months. At the last run before the layoff he finished 12th over 1300m at Tokyo Dirt. Well placed and happy to have him on top. MIRAIO PLUS NI (3) looked good at her only appearance three months ago over 1400m at this track, finishing second and beaten 1.5 lengths. Has a low draw and should be in the finish. TRIQUETRA (7) broke through for his maiden win over 1200m at Funabashi last time. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Winning rider Akira Harita sticks and he is a solid top-three hope. TRANQUIL LIGHT (6) debuted with a third, beaten 7 lengths, over 800m at this track at her only appearance to date. Sure to be competitive.
