PRECOCIOUS (1) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 4 lengths over 1000m at Turffontein Standside. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and she is sure to go well. PIVOTAL ROLE (2) is a promising gelding yet to miss the frame in two starts, including a win. Has not been produced since he was successful over 1000m at this track on October 2. Has a high cruising speed. Expected to be in the finish. TIGER STORM (7) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing sixth at this track over 1200m. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. BLINDFIRE (5) finished tenth two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 1000m at this track, beaten only 0.6 lengths. Placed to advantage so anticipating another big run.
