Tartan Queen to go to the lead at a genuine tempo. Tricky. DELIBERATE PLOY (2) comes here off a solid debut win over this track and distance, settling just off the speed and coming away to win well. Didn't beat a whole lot there and no doubt this is tougher, but he maps well and should be able to improve a fair bit following that experience. YAMASHITA'S GOLD (4) has been thereabouts in three runs this time in without winning, in some handy races. He should get a nice run here and can break through. SPARKLING LUCK (3) got the job done at Sandown Hillside last time out to break his maiden. He can go on with it now with Lane sticking. SHEZASMOKEY (6) ran well fresh at Moe in an easier race and has trialled since. Each-way. BATTLE OF THE ICE (1) resumes with upside, not far away at his only run last time in. Respecting from the inside gate. SUGGESTED PLAY: Deliberate Ploy on top.
