LYS NOIR (4) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1400m at Himeji. Suitably placed and anticipating another big run. CONTRIBUTE (6) got well back over 800m at Himeji last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 11th. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. SMART KANATHOS (9) missed the frame last start over 800m at Himeji, finishing seventh. Has her share of ability and finds a suitable race. STEINER (5) hasn't been able to break through for a while, the latest effort an eighth over 1400m at Himeji. Well placed and in the mix.
