Cracking tempo looks assured with many of these capable of pushing on early. FLOWER FAIRY (11) is a three-year-old filly having her first run for the Maddison Collins barn. Has switched from a top Victorian yard and two back led beaten 1L over 1200m at Mornington on debut. That's good form, and she was narrowly beaten in a recent Wagga trial. Looks ready to go and is well placed. WILD ROMEO (7) was well supported over 1000m at Canberra but was well beaten and may have jarred up. He led beaten 2.5L over 1200m prior, and Nick Heywood stays aboard. Races forward and is capable of turning the form around. HELIGAN (5) resumes and was last seen beaten 1.5L at Canberra over a mile. May find this a touch short, but he has the ability and is likely to settle back and finish hard. HAZ STYLES (2) resumes and has placed 2/3 fresh. Has an inside gate, and Owen is engaged. No surprise if he races well. SUGGESTED PLAY: Flower Fairy gets her chance.
