Expecting Monter Jewel to take up the running with Palermo Flavor and Oden Rickey close at hand. MONTER JEWEL (11) was an impressive winner last time over 800m at this track, leading throughout and putting 4 lengths on her rivals. Yuki Yamanaka who has four wins when partnering stays on. Among the leading chances. QUEEN'S KAYANOHIME (6) finished seventh two runs back at Kawasaki then improved last time out to score by 2.5 lengths after being prominent at the corner over 1500m at Kawasaki. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is good enough to cope. PALERMO FLAVOR (2) showed good speed and fought on for second over 1400m at this track last time. Should enjoy a good run just off the speed. Will be hard to run down again. ORI'S GENIE (5) is back from a spell of ten weeks. Scored a determined win at his final run last preparation at this track over 1400m. Sure to make his presence felt.
