Strong tempo with Mo Mo Rainbow and Love And Hope leading from Furnace Creek and Covenant. COVENANT (7) has not appeared since she scored over 1400m at Morioka Dirt on November 16. Now under the care of new trainer Hirohiro Moriyama. Could be hard to stop. FURNACE CREEK (5) had been rock-solid with three placings in a row before finishing fourth over 1600m at this track last start. Has a superb record here at the journey with a 100% top-three strike rate. Expected to go very well. MO MO RAINBOW (2) finished fourth over 1400m at this track last time out following a determined win two back. Iguchi Yuki who has two wins when partnering stays on. Expected to measure up. SEUL ET PATRIOTE (8) has been racing in good style including a last start third over 1400m at this track, beaten 1.5 lengths. Hard to leave out.
