Roundabout Glory and Capricious Ruler are both expected to press forward and take it up. CAPRICIOUS RULER (3) bounced back to form last start with a narrow victory over the 1500m journey here, scoring in a photo finish. With a better barrier today, she won't have to do as much work and she only rises 1kg for the win. Should land handy to the speed and can repeat the dose. ROUNDABOUT GLORY (2) dropped back to 1200m last start and stuck on fairly over a trip short of his best. Getting back out to 1600m is a big tick for him and he's placed in both attempts at this course and distance. Faithfull rides now and it wouldn't surprise to see him end his winning drought. WIN TO RETIRE (9) just missed over further last start and comes back to the mile here with no weight on her back. She gets the blinkers back on today and should be able to sit close to the speed from the draw. Will get her chance if good enough. HENRY THE AVIATOR (1) will appreciate the easier race today and is not to be discounted. SIR BEAR A LOT (5) can feature on his best form. SUGGESTED PLAY: Capricious Ruler looks the one to beat.
