Good early pressure with Boudica Warrior or I'm Kenough likely to take up the running. READ MY LIPS (1) has come back well, just finding one better at his past two since a dominant first up win at Corowa. He comes back to a BM56 for this which looks ideal and with any luck from the wide gate he'll go close. KING INCANTO (2) is a lightly raced 5yo gelding who comes across from New Zealand with a handy profile. Off a long spell and and likely wants further but he's worth watching the market for a lead. AFFIRMATIVE LAD (6) was solid fresh at Bairnsdale over this trip when fourth, beaten 2.25 lengths. Fitter for that and form last time in reads well for this. Strong chance. KALKEE (9) won her maiden well on heavy ground at Bendigo last time out and can go on with it now while I'M KENOUGH (4) resumes with pieces of form that measure up well. SUGGESTED PLAY: Read My Lips to win.
