Expecting Oscar Brain to take up the lead at a genuine tempo. OSCAR BRAIN (8) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by a neck over 1000m at this track. Nicely placed to figure in the outcome. A SHIN TORPEDO (3) had been in great form winning two on end before missing the frame last time when tenth over 1200m at this track. Toshiki Yamamoto who has two wins when partnering stays on. Can bounce back. WURAYAH (5) hit the frame two starts ago here but ran below par last time when sixth over 1200m at this track. The engagement of Toshiya Yamamoto is noteworthy. Finds an easier assignment and can bounce back. MIZUWARIO KUDASAI (1) produced another moderate effort last start when ninth over 1600m at this track. Has his share of ability and is a top-three prospect.
