Up to the 1200m for the first time when nailed late to finish second at Beaudesert. No excuses today from the good draw. WARRIOR BAE (11) another from the Dunn stable who loomed strongly on resumption before peaking late when fourth over 1100m at Beaudesert. Ready for this trip and sure to be thereabouts. ZOUMAN ALONG (10) former Victorian gelding now in the Declan Maher stable. Has a host of gear changes for this and fitter after the 1000m trial at Doomben. Respect. THE BIG TICKET (15) covered ground in the run when an unlucky fifth over 1200m at Port Macquarie. Shouldered the 59kg on that occasion and stays in the mix with the 55kg. SUGGESTED PLAY: Betta Than Presley to get off the mark.
