Ruada has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. VILLAINESQUE (11) is a regular in this grade and he is rarely far away despite struggling to hit the bullseye. He's drawn well and gets a claim here, so he wouldn't need a whole lot to go his way to secure that elusive third career win. DIBALTA (1) returned with a maiden win and while this is tougher he does look to have more scope for improvement than most of his rivals. Importantly, that win came on Heavy going and with improvement expected now second-up into the campaign, he can play a major role. GOLDEN MIKKI (5) was terrible last start, but great the start prior when a winner so probably needs to given another chance. SOTOMAYOR (8) could also improve from a good draw. SUGGESTED PLAY: Villainesque to win.
