Cox Electrical Handicap 1800m

Track: Soft 5     Rail: +3m 1200m Chute, True Remainder. (Pent: 6.45)

Moderate tempo with All So Clear leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. SHOWRUNNER (3) is a progressive 4YO that rarely runs poorly. He finished 7L off a couple of in-form gallopers last start but is better than that. If you refer to his prior form, he's a big chance to win again. Versatile racing style and drawn well to get every chance. AITCH D'AMICO (6) gets in with no weight on his back after the claim. He's been winless for some time but he's shown glimpses recently and his best is good enough for this. Impossible to fault the recent form of Victorian raider ALL SO CLEAR (1). He's got to lump the 60kg but Toeroek rides and he's an obvious top-three prospect. FOLLOWING SEA (5) and BOLT BY (4) go in wider plays. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Showrunner to win.
