Strong pace from Bethsheba and Cassie's Lad matching motors with Jared close at hand. OAKFIELD NEPTUNE (2) progressive mare who was beaten by the wide draw when a game third over 1200m at this track and trip. Further improved and gets a more economical run today with the tongue tie going on. Leading player. ETUDE (4) eye catching return from the awkward gate when launching late to finish fourth over 1100m at Gosford. Comes to hand quickly and the extra trip is in her favour. JARED (9) deep into his prep and has an okay record at this course. Showed plenty of grit when third over this distance at Gosford. Value chance not to be underestimated. ALABAMA BLITZ (3) resumes for the Wynen stable after racing in Victoria to begin her career. Solid trial coming into this and won't be far away. SUGGESTED PLAY: Oakfield Neptune to bounce back.
