The pace looks strong from the outset. KITANO HERO (3) finished out of the money when fourth in a 1400m contest at this track two weeks ago. Good enough to turn the recent form around. CASTLE TOP (6) started at $2.70 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth here over 1300m. Beautifully placed to play a major role. MONONOFU BLUE (1) hit the frame two starts ago but ran below par last time when eighth over 1600m at this track. Has the talent to take this out. DANON DANCER (8) settled at the rear then stoked up nicely in the straight to finish fourth over 1600m here last time. Can feature in the finish.
