GOING: G

Lending 4 U Class 1 Hcp 1150m

Track: SYNTHETIC     Rail: True.

Expecting California Flyer to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint course. STAR TERRITORY (3) has switched from a Victorian yard freshened 36 days, Disappointed as a firm favourite at Kyneton last time but his form prior stacks right up for this. Gets back and will be hitting the line hard. RESPITE (6) is lightly raced and was expected to win at Launceston first-up but looked a run short. Just missed the two prior off a 3L Maiden win at this track second-up. Gets in well with Johnstone's 1.5kg claim and is sure to feature. THE REAL MAN (2) switched from a Victorian yard and looked good winning a Launceston Maiden off a brief freshening. Was backed off the map and has won a trial here by a space since. Needs a good ride but will win more races here. CALIFORNIA FLYER (4) has been racing well for the new barn and has a handy 2kg claim. Switched back 270m for this, and that's the query. RUSHONOVA (7) keeps the top hoop and will likely skip across and settle forward. She's in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Star Territory appeals most.
